Currently working as Supervisor and reporting directly to the Manager/ Director/ Partner, In my current role I am responsible for :

 Prepare accounts for a variety of sole trader, partnership and incorporated businesses from a mixture of both manual and computerised source records.
 Reducing the cost and time for completing jobs
 Help the management in identifying gaps in their business process / control environment and advise them to bridge those gaps.
 Attend review meeting with audit team and added value to clients work by providing accuracy and advising on required documentation.
 Assist clients on an ad hoc basis with bookkeeping services and preparation of Returns.
 Preparation of plans for the assignments
 Coordination, supervision and implementation of these plans
 Review of team’s work on documentation, evaluation and testing of internal controls to determine their adequacy and effectiveness as per guidelines of framework used by the client (e-g COSO) or as required under the ISAs for audit engagements.
 Review of team’s field work in audit engagements and conclusions reached in the individual areas based on appropriateness and sufficiency of evidence
 Development and discussion on findings with the senior management to suggest recommendations to address the control weaknesses
 Trained fresh trainees on process, procedures and computer applications, and assisting with new business developments

Mandatory On Job Training as per requirement of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) Bye Laws.
